Site stuck in “under construction”

One of my BeTheme sites (thebullshitfilter.com) is showing up to visitors as “under construction” - even though it shouldn't be.

The "under construction" option in BeTheme was turned on a few weeks ago when we were moving servers. But it’s been off since then.

Any suggestions for what might be going wrong?

Thanks Pablo. I can't see it either, but about half of the people who visit my site *do* see it. I've had a couple of them clear their cache, try different browers, etc. They still see it.

Can you disable all of your plugins and then test it with other people?

Of course, let them clear their cache first.

Actually I think it's okay. I deleted the theme and reinstalled it. And it looks like the people who were locked out can now see it again. Thanks for your suggestions.
