Sidebar Widget not Displaying

Hello

I've been using BeTheme for quite a while and never experienced any bug. Thanks for that! :)

However, for our new webshop (is on development domain) the sidebar widget for the woocommerce /shop page is missing. Strangly it shows up when you go to one of the categories. I've already read some information only which says the following:
- Don't create custom sidebar
- Set the sidebar on the shop page
- Set the option on all pages on

However no luck,...
Can you help me out?
