can not update theme

Hello, I can not update betheme of myclima.es. shows me the package is empty error

have a license for 1 year bought in September 2018 in themeforest with user controlm ( have 6 diferent licenses working in 6 domains) but i just can see two of them here http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

Can you help me with this?

    Hi,
    If two websites appear when you check one license key, it means that your license key is used on two domains.
    Please be sure that every single license key is registered only on one domain.

    Also, please deregister the license key on the issued website and register it again.
    Then try to update your theme like 3-4 times.

     Now is ok, deregistered and registered again in each domain and now it appear all the licenses and can update. This is because we work in a test environment first, and we used licenses in both environment. We used to deregistered before public the web on production but I can see this is not enough. I will do like this from now.
