Electric Web Site Revoluton Slider

I changed the revolution slider's name in the Electric Web Site them for the homepage and now the site is broken.

I then went back in and selected the new name from the Rev Slider dropdown on page options.  Now all I get on the homepage is a "record not found".  If I change it back to "select" versus selecting a slider, I get the rest of the page displayed correctly, but without a slider.  I wanted to go back a revision to restore my settings, but apparently the muffin GUI does not save any revisions for Wordpress?

How do I get the slider back on the homepage?  It appears that the slider might be being installed in the subheader.

Also, can you send me the settings for the header again on the electric theme or is there a place I can find the header settings for this theme?

Thanks,
