Update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files

Hello,

I'm trying to update BeTheme – from version 20.9.7.3 – but it's seems something is going wrong. The warning is: "The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions."

Is it something I have to discuss with the hosting company?

Hi Alex,

yes, file permissions are up to the hosting provider. He should check out what is wrong.
