Set Sticky Menu Transparency

Hello, I can't find the settings to change the sticky menu opacity. The transparency makes the text difficult for some people to read, so I want to set it to be solid white. My website is [Links visible only for registered users]. Thank you for your help!

Please paste this CSS into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS
