How to increase space before and after headings when using custome fonts

Hi,

I'm using the font "Zapfino" on my homepage. That font is quite spacious in hight.
It therefore always reaches into the space of whatever is above or under it, so it overlaps with pictures, other headings, headings that are longer and need two lines, text ect.
This makes everything really hard to read.
Can you please show me how to have more space before and after each heading?

Here is an example-post: https://www.belovedlittleone.com/try-things-post/ Password: BLO123
I also have that problem on any sliders like blog-sliders (example: https://www.belovedlittleone.com/) or in the related posts-sections (example: https://www.belovedlittleone.com/how-to-brush-babys-teeth-without-a-fight/)

I tried to fix things manually for the headings in posts and text in general by inserting a heading with a "." that matches the background color. But I believe that such things are not appreciated by Google (according to their SEO guidelines it's not best practice) and I would therefore like to change it.

Thank you for you help!
Kind Regards,
BelovedLittleOne
