Testimonials - where?

Sorry for this question... I am desparately trying to spot the testimonials feature. In one discussion, you list "To add the testimonial, you have to go to WP Dashboard > Testimonials > Add New  [Links visible only for registered users]" - I looked at the prntscr screenshot, but my WP Dashboard menu has no such thing as testimonials. Do I have to install another widget first in order to use testimonials?
