Anchors jump too far on mobile

Hi there

Please have a look at this website on a mobile device (on simulated mobile in desktop browser the issue is not occuring).

- When you load the website freshly and klick in the menu to the second menu-position "Angebote" it scrolls too far down in the site.
- Also when you scroll up in the site afterwards, you can't scroll all the way up, only to the point, where the anchor for "Angebote" actually is.
- After the first load, the links run normal and correct, but when you reload it newly by clicking on the logo for example, the problem comes again.

Thank you for your support, as i can't find a way or an idea why this comes up!

    I tested it on few mobile devices and I do not see that issue.
    Anchors are scrolling proprely, did you solve the issue?

    Also, on which device, os and browser did you test it?

    No, it's still there.

    They are scrolling, but not to the right position.
    The Menu item "Angebot" should stop at the green Title "Angebot", but it stops at "Projekte".

    I tested it on Android (Pie), Chrome, and a Windows Phone in Chrome: not working properly
    Also tested it on Apple, IOS: works normal.

    I tried a lot of time to achieve that, but It works fine for me.
    Can you clear the cache of the browser on your mobile and check it?

    Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.
