license issues

I had my initial license on a website i built a couple years ago, I deregistered and added the license to another website. Unforeseen, i needed to bring back up the previous website that had the license on, so i renewed the domain name and brought back up the website. I purchased a new license for the theme but it's saying that the theme is still registered using the first code purchased. When i check the licensing platform it shows that original code being registered to the site i transferred it to but I am not able to apply the new license to the original website because it is saying it is already registered.

how can i rectify.

Hi,

Please deregister the license key from that domain and check if the key is still registered:

If it is, please deregister it via this tool above and then, try to register the license key on your domain.

Also, does your domain name starts with the letter 'W'?

I have already used this tool and it only shows the license attached to one domain. Which is the domain i transferred the license to. It does not show the previous domain as being registered but on the WordPress back-office that domain it is indicating that the theme is registered which it should not be because i deregistered the license from that domain.

No my domain name do not start with w.
