Hi! 
I have a few questions regarding the installed page builder that comes with the Be theme > WPBakery Page Builder.

1st: 
I am experiencing problems with updating the WPBakery Page Builder plug in. 
I have purchased the Be theme and built a site.
Now all of a sudden I cant update the WPBakery Page Builder without buying an extra license for it.
Is there a way around this? 
Do I need to purchase this license or is there another free page builder that I can use as well?

2nd: 
On one page of the site I have a grid of photos I want to show.
The grid is 4 colums with therefore 4 photos in one row.
I have uploaded 8 photos displayed in 2 rows so far.
Now I would like to add further photos. 
The problem with it is (maybe this is a bug?) all of a sudden the photos are not displayed in the grid like before, 
there is a huge gap between them and they are organised almost randomly. 
There are spaces in between, then a whole row shows only 1 photo not 4 as added in the page builder.
Does anyone have experienced this problem?

    Hi,
    1) Why can't you update it? - Is there any error message?
    Is your theme up to date?
    Remember, to update your bundled plugins, you have to do it through the BeTheme > Install Plugins

    2) Can you send me a link to that page?
    It's hard to tell you what can be the problem without taking a look on this page.

    thank you for your quick response.

    1) I had tried several times to update the plug in WPBakery Page Builder over the last week and it just didnt let me.
    Now I have just tried again and it seemed to have worked - I am not sure.
    It
    says the plug in is updated now to the latest version 5.7 but i thought
    i was trying to update to 5.8 before!? Maybe I am wrong. Do you know
    what the latest version of the plug in is?
    I cant find it on the plug in site.

    2) With regards to the problem with the photo grid I am happy to provide you with screenshots.
    Is it possible to send you a private message?

    1) The latest version of WPBakery is 5.7

    2) Please, every four images, place the 1/1 placeholder below them.
    Then, create new wrap and insert new images there.
