Same- same here! Have You tried with uploading the Theme via ftp?
I'm about to try this as a final option

Before you can complete the installation, make certain you have unpacked the entire package. This is very important! You can complete the installation in either of two ways:
    1. WordPress Theme Manager - please go to Appearance > Themes > Add new > Upload, select the zipped theme folder called betheme.zip and press Install Now WordPress will do the rest for you.
    2. FTP upload-upload non-zipped BeThemefolder to the /wp-content/themes/ folder in the WordPress installation folder on your server.

    It WORKED!!!

Now - The plugins do not install all at once.

Try to install them one by one.
    This worked for me anyway.

    Good luck with Your installations!
  • Hi hakanoqvistform

Followed the steps but still doesn't work. I;m not able to updathe the Layers plugin

  • Thanks for the idea, but this way did not work. i can not install the premium plugins.

    Download the installation package from:

..but nothing happened. the link is dead. the same with Layer Slider and Slider Revolution.
Does anyone else have an idea?
  • Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use this tool to manage your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

Also, please disable all of the plugins before updating them.
    thanks
  • Hello Pablo.
Thanks for answering. I bought the BEtheme 3 days ago and it only runs on 1 domain.

Have the theme deregistered and registered again. All plugins are disabled. I try with Edge, Chrome and incognito mode to install the premium plugins (not together, individually). cache is empty.

I can install BeTheme Header Builder. Layer Slider, Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder is not possible.

Download the installation package, but nothing happens as if the link would not work.

  • Hello Pablo

My license is active only in my domain, and I'm not able to update the layers plugin. As I said, this used to worked fine, but it failed after the last theme update

  • Hey,
we checked your wp-admin and tried to install plugins. Looks like small plugins are installing but larger ones, like slider, are not. This is most likely due to restrictions on your hosting. Please contact your hosting provider and ask him to check the logs and see what exactly is happening. We believe this is a timeout issue.
    thanks
  • Hi @Bryan [Support Team]

Checked the error log an only shows this:
client denied by server configuration: .user.ini

Looks like is an issue with Worfence, I'l try disabling the plugin before permorming the update

    I'll post details ASAP
    Ciro
  • After deactivating all plugins the update was succesful.
    cheers

Might as well add this to the FAQ. It's a known 'error/feature/bug'.

Has nothing to do with "BeTheme and the included plugins"

..but with other installed plugins causing the 'unwanted' security feature within the WordPress backend.

Action: Install Plugins from BeTheme Dashboard

Error message: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Cause: Wordpress in combanation with 1 or more plugins

    Slow solution:
You can disable (the none BeTheme) plugins one-by-one to find out which plugin causes this error.
And in the future only de-activate the plugins causing the problem.

    Fast solution:
    1. Note all active and in-active plugins
    2. Disable all active plugins
    3. Update de BeTheme plugins from the Dashboard
    4. Re-activate the de-activated plugins (from step 2)
