Parallax Background does not follow page scroll

I use a one page approach for this website. When using a parallax background the following issue appears:

when
changing window size to a smaller width and then maximizing the window
the parallax background does not follow the page whilst scolling.
Instead a white bar is seen and below the picture.

I changed the startpage in order to fix the problem temporarily (by deactivating parallax). Please check

We need to see the issue so please enable the parallax. Otherwise we cannot inspect it.

Please make sure you are using a large (tall) image for parallax purpuoses.

We tried to recreate the same behavior but the parallax image is always working fine. We do not see any problems or white bars. Have you tried other browsers and PC's ?

I found a solution myself. It was a third party plugin that caused the problem.
