Transparent Header/Menu

Hi there

Even though I set the menu to transparent
(Global - Transparent - Header)
It remains with a white background.
Is there a way to fix this?

    Did you solve your problem?
    I do not see any white background, only the sticky header has white background, do you want to remove it too?

    I have the same problem. I made an item with a background image but a colored header remains (covering the top part of the image). I set Header on transparant (Global - Transparent - Header) but the only thing that happened is that the header changed its color. I need to remove it completely.

    Yes, it is under construction currently. I can't launch it yet. How can I solve the problem? I browsed through documentation, support forum, experimented with changing preferences, etc. Yet can't I remove that black stripe from the top of my photo. In Theme Options - Colors - Header I try to clear the color of Header Background, but it is back again after I save changes.

    Sorry but we do not understand what is wrong from your explanation. Please at least attach screenshots of the issue if you cannot give us a link to the website.

    This is now solved. Came out the problem was not header but subheader.
