Updating BeTheme

Hello,

I can´t update the theme on our web site [Links visible only for registered users]. The theme is activated with a valid kay number but the update does not work.

Error message is "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

Could you please help?

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi Pablo,

How can I log in with licence key on that page if I can't see it in WP-admin panel? Not the whole key number for betheme is shown, only part of it?

Hi Pablo,

Ok, I managed to check the license key, I deregistered it for this site and the registered again. There are no any double key registrations, and still the update does not work. The same error message.

Please deregister your license key from your website, then please go to
that API I sent you in the previous message and check if the license key
is still registered on your website (if it is, please deregister it
through the API tool), then register it again and try to update your
plugins like 3-4 times with all of the plugins disabled.
