  Please go to the Theme Options > Responsive > General and turn off the "Decrease Fonts" option.

  The problem now is that all my titles in pages became to large and destroyed my feng shui.. :-)

  Then, it's possible only with Custom CSS.

  Please send a link to your website and if it's possible, show us on screenshots which titles you would like to decrease.

  Thank you for your quick reply.
  My site is www.coliprev.ro
  I'm on my smartphone right now (out of the office) and I cannot upload screen captures but I'll explain:
  - when I put "decrease fonts" off for responsive mode, this affected menu fonts (which is good) but also the fonts of the titles (h1, h2...)... which is not good, because titles on pages became too long...

  Please paste this code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

  @media (max-width:767px){
  	h1{
  		font-size:14px !important;
  	}
  }

  
  
  If you want to change other headings (like h2,h3,h4 etc..), just copy the whole h1{ (...)} and paste it inside the @media querie.

  Hello again,
  After I inserted the CSS you sent me (the obove one), my issue was solved, but seems to override the header hight CSS (this one:  #Header_wrapper{
                            height: auto !important;
                             } )
  So, header hight became to large.
  I replaced the above CSS with a customed hight one, but it overrides the menu background color CSS. The issue now: menu drop-box color on mobile is transparent, not white as it has to be.
  
  What I did:
  - I removed font size CSS (the one received from you)
  - I inserted in custom CSS pages, 2 CSS (one for header hight and one for menu background color)
  
  What I need:
  - a solution to make mobile drop-box menu color white
  
  I was able to present the situation.

  If you test it on desktop (narrowing the window to the mobile size), everything goes well.
  I cleared the cache. If you test it directly on the mobile, you'll be able to see the problem (I don't know how to upload images here to show you).
