WPBakery page builder deactivated

Hi,

Something weird happened to my website when I tried to upgrade WPBakery page builder which was included in the theme.

Now the plugin seems deactivated, see image: https://imgur.com/B9ErcfI

When I edit my pages the WPBakery page builder is gone it just looks like a lot of visual composer code in the editor.

What can i do to resolve this?

Hi,

Please update your theme by clicking "Update" in BeTheme > Install Plugins, then activate it.

Hi,

Unfortunatelly it doesn’t work. I get this error: https://imgur.com/RVvowqz

It translates ”Package could not be installed. Package did not contain any files. Plugin update failed.”

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:
http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

It seems that the theme is registered on our development domain, maybe that is the issue. Should I click deregister to change the registration?

Yes, please deregister it from the development domain.

Single license key must be registered only on one domain.
