On Desktop, the COMING SPRING 2019 form (Gravity forms), the Anticipated Tour Date Calendar works fine, on mobile, it does not. I think its a BeTheme JQuery issue. Can it be looked at?

No. It's not working on mobile. You need to test on a phone. Minimizing a desktop browser will not work. It has to be tested on a phone.

Please clear the cache of your mobile browser.

You click the Anticipated Tour Date? You can move through the months? And if you choose a date it takes? I am on an Android/Pixel 2.

Yes, I can move through the months but I cannot select any of the date.

But, there's a lot of your custom css, can you disable whole of your custom css and then test it?
