Theme won't update

Hello,

I am getting this error when trying to update the theme. Can someone help please?

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

I have the same problem. Can't update from v20.9 to v21.1.3.

I've checked the license, it is used only on one domain.

How to solve this problem?

Please deregister your license key on website and if you still see it
registered on your domain at the API Tool, you should deregister it using the API Tool, then register it again through the dashboard on
your website and try to update your plugins like 3-4 times with all of the plugins disabled.
