Error 500 or fatal error

Hey,

Trying to install prebuilt and keep getting errors. I get fatal error for php time limit (set to 360 - and have gone all the way upto 1140), or I get 500 Internal Server Error.

I've tried with all Plugins off (errors) with all plugins on (errors) and with just the 3 that are required for the theme (errors).

I've reset database each time I try.

    Hi,
    You should contact your hosting provider, it looks like the problem with your server configuration.
    Ask them about the logs, they should recognize the problem after looking at the error message.

    You will need to get a VPS or Dediated for this type of requirements

    That's not true.
    But if they can do nothing about it, all that we can suggest is changing the hosting provider.
    Our hands are tied in that case because the problem is on their side.

    is there a way to upload the prebuilt via ftp?

    Unfortunately, no.
    All of the pre-built websites(like plugins) can be downloaded only using the BeTheme > pre-built websites.
    We do not have any tool/script/website when all of them could be downloaded.

    Hey Pablo,

    Got it working in the end...

    Another problem tho...

    No matter what I do with the theme footer settings I cannot update the Copyright and social icons.

    1.  I have not entered any social accounts but still they appear
    2. Back to top icon active but not appearing
    3. Copyright updated but still showing muffin group

    help?

    also I have a brand slider at the bottom of the page  which doesn't scroll even tho I have set it up to scroll every 1 second in the theme options.

    Ignore the auto scroll - I fixed that.

    now in the footer there is text under the logo - how can I remove the indent from this text? I have removed the reference in the widget, but its still indented.
