We were on your website, and the problem is related to that Iframe with "3d showcase." https://scenavr.com/ibs-2/
We cloned your website and moved that iframe to separate section, after turning off the visibility of that section everything works fine. http://prntscr.com/n6e2wc
All that we can suggest is creating the jQuery script which after loading the page content it will scroll your window to the top of the website. But, we do not provide such scripts, we help only with the custom CSS. Thanks
