To do that, you would have to edit theme and wordpress files.

It's not possible to change that in the theme options.

Unfortunately, we do not help with theme files customization.

We offer only simple Custom CSS solutions.

To change the location of "Author" in blog feature you would have to change the HTML structure - this cannot be done using the Theme Options, CSS or plugin.
If it would be possible without touching the theme files, we would help you surely.

We cannot help with the customization of the theme.
