Update the plugins of the Theme

Hello!

I have the ultimate versione of BeTheme (21.1.3) on WP 5.1.1.

I have to update the following plugins associated with the theme:

LayerSlider WP (my actualy version is 6.7.1), WPBakery Page Builder (my actualy version is 5.4.7).

How can i get these updates?

You can update all of your plugins in the BeTheme > Installed Plugins

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled.

I always get error when trying to update the two plugins ...

"There was an error updating the LayerSlider WP: update package not available."

"There was an error updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license is required. Please visit."

Hey,

could you try to deregister this license key from your wordpress betheme dashboard and then register it again.

Try to install layer slider 2-3 times if you cannot do it after you register again.

Now I updated Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder but no Layer Slider. This
update package is always unavailable.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.
