Header Layout Not Updating

I am having an issue with my header (http://sunrise.taylorwogoman.com). It is not updating when I change the header layout. I did have the Header Builder plugin installed but it was not working correctly either so I removed it and tried using the default theme header options instead. However, now I cannot get the header to change at all. If I select a different layout it does not change, and if I add a background image nothing changes.

    I figured out my issue. I had a custom page layout selected which overrode the header options
