Update Failed Version 21.1.8

I keep gettting this message when I try to update BeTheme:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

I have checked the other discussion threads here and none of them have been helpful to my problem yet. I have used the Deregister tool to check if my license is used on more than one site and it says that it isn't. I do have a staging site that I use to update information on before pushing it to my Production Site. This is through GoDaddy, could this be a problem? I've never had an issue updating until now and have had the same set up since 2016.

I believe the problem may have been with my internet speeds not allowing the update to fully download. I have since been able to update the theme. Thank you.
