How to import pre-built websites via FTP

Hello support,

I got error when I import pre-built website via word press admin. How could I import pre-built websites via FTP ?
I want to import "https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/garden3/" to my web site.

    The pre-built websites are possible to download only by the BeTheme > Pre-Built websites, it cannot be uploaded through the FTP.

    What are the error messages? Can you show me them on screenshot?

    There was no error, just found connection issue.
    But when I choose only import revolution slider demo, refers to "https://prnt.sc/noe7hd".
    It was completed.

    I cannot choose import media because it was down load a long time then connection time out.

    What does different between import media option and import revolution slider demo options ?

    I tried to install pre-built websites again.

    There is a capture for installing BeGarden 3.


    Then it is a capture for installing error.

    Could you support I would like to know how to fix this issue ?

    As you see on your screen, media are images, videos and text.
    The RevSlider import is just an import option of the slider which is used on this demo.

    If it's a connection issue, then you have to contact your hosting provider.
    He can be the only one who can solve that problem.

    Also, try to disable all of the plugins, then try to download the pre-built website.
