PHP error while installation the Betheme ZIP

Hi everyone,

I bought the Betheme in December and tried to install the Betheme ZIP and the Betheme Child (I downloaded "all files & documentations).
I had no difficulties to install the Betheme Child, but if I tried to install the Betheme ZIP, my Computer downloaded just a PHP file. Same problem on my second PC.
I asked my hoster and a consultant said that something ist wrong with the file. Could you help me?

    Could you tell me, where I can find the latest version? If I go to "Downloads" an download all files, I actually have the same problem.

    Yes, I follow all of the steps in the video and I have another website working with Betheme. 
    First, I downloaded all files & documentations from Themeforest and tried to install the Betheme ZIP.
    The upload started straight to 100 % and then it just downloaded this PHP file, without installation in Wordpress.


    Hope, you can help me!

    Edit: I must confess, that I bought the Theme in December and now i try after a long period to install it. Maybe this Version ist outdated today?

    Can you contact the hosting provider and ask him about some logs?
    I don't think that problem is on our side, I tested it with the latest version and it installed with no issues.

    As I said earlier, please download the latest version of BeTheme from Themeforest.
