    Hi,
    There is a lot of modifications of theme files, which we do not support.
    But, probably your menu does not have place to fit and that's why it's pushed down.
    Also, your logo is too big.

    But as Can I see, there is a lot of modifications because transparent header does not have height at all and does not have background.
    I suggest, to reverse these changes if you don't know how exactly how to do it.
