Hi Bryan, i have a transparent Header style, and a pre-build BeExtreme. In theme. options>colors>menu i didn't find the option for a hover, the present color is red, there is no such color in this option anyway. Is there any other way to change it?

There are so many options, that we really would like to see the code of the website.
If you are using the colors in theme options>colors>menu and they do not work, then there must be another issue in which solving we need to see the website.
There is no any more option in theme options, i checked everything. I am still not able to publish the site, i have to change the color before that. Do you have any CSS to change the navigation link underline hover color?
No, it is the wrong one When i change the color of this css that you sent, than it changes the color of menu letters (home, offer, etc.). I Need to change the Color of an underline hover (present Color is red)
If this color does not work then please check, if in theme options>colors>general you did not select a one-color skin. The field should say 'custom skin' , see: http://prntscr.com/nyrx7u
