Make all featured images in shortcodes the same size

Hi guys,

I'm adding featured images to my portfolio items and using the Portfolio shortcode "Flat" style to display these on my homepage. I want all of the featured images to be the same size on the homepage. I've tried amending featured image size and regenerating thumbnails but no luck. Any ideas?
