Issue with muffin builder not rendering published items properly at end of pages

Hi i have an issue with muffinbuilder where elements will not render correctly after i published it. See example below :

As you can see i have got 3 rows full of 'team' elements and the preview screen on the right only shows up to 2 rows full and the last row only has one team element.

If i try to UPDATE the page again, it does not solve the issue.

When i REFRESH the CMS page in wordpress, i end up with this :

As you can see it has updated the page to show what is shown on my preview published screen.

Now if i try to add in more content past what you can see, it will not show up and i end up just looping the same issue.

If i add in content further up the page - it will show but the previous last element on the page will 'replaced' and not show on the page anymore.

This issue is only occuring at the end of my pages and works fine up til a certain point or 'number' of elements used? the pages are not very long and i did not have this issue up until a week ago starting with this page when i started to add a new section > elements : http://box5654.temp.domains/~citylawc/lutra/?page_id=236

It has since then started happening on other pages i have started designing/building.

I have spoken to technical support at bluehost and they have tried to look into the issue and after sending it to their 'experts' they have advised that it is a problem with the theme and its not an issue with the hosting.

I have updated the theme and kept it updated so no idea why this problem is occuring and i cannot find anyone else with same issue on forum?

It also seems to be breaking wordpress in a way when the issue starts to occur on the problematic pages and certain actions becomes unavailable eg REVISIONS option in the page settings right menu :

I am working in firefox but i tried in chrome and same issues.

Here is my list of plugins which i hear can be a source of problems - other than a couple of popular plugins, i have not added more than the recommended ones this theme recommends.

Also i cannot seem to get CONTACT FORMS to work when i add in the shortcodes. At this point i am not sure if it is related to this issue, if you can send me a link to some instructional page to get them working, that would be much appreciated.
