Header image not showing on some devices

I have a header background uploaded. I can see it fine on my laptop. But on other laptops/desktops it shows a dark blue background. I cant seem to figure out why it's not displaying. Please help! Www.lacarretalondon.com is the site

    Hey,
    from what I can see in the code, you are using a plugin MHB? Is this a builder? It looks like this is the cause. You can see the image on your PC most likely because of cache. We do not see any image as well.

    HEllo - So I just disabled the headerbuilder plugin and used the theme original header area. Still no go. and i realized the issue is the background ONLY displays on Chrome, but not any other browser. Please please help!

    ok - so it is fixed now. haha...I have NO idea why, but I changed from .png file to jpg and there it is. That is very strange though. ok, thanks so much
