i want to use some diffrent icons for the lists shortcode
for example i want to put the icon of the black heart, i see you gave it a name: heart-fa (from: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography#dropcap)
and the code is:

so how do i put correctly the icone name in that code?
because it didn't work not like heart-fa and not like heart_fa

this is unfortunately not possible. We only got few pre-defined list styles and only those can be used.
