Images Not Responsive on Mobile

Hi....the images I am using on pages is not responsive on mobile. They are getting cropped. See an example here: http://tiltnew.tiltinspection.com/ultrasonic-pipeline-testing/ How can I get the full image to show on mobile?

Please insert is as "Image" item.

It will work fine then.
