They corrected everything. They upped the PHP time limit to 180 and PHP max vars to 1000. The theme is still giving me the same error message that this has not been corrected, but bluehost assures me that they changed it.
I spent hours on the phone with Bluehost. They assure me that they have updated the numbers to the exact values that you have asked for. I've waited 5 days to ensure that the changes have taken effect.
If this still shows 30, then it is set to 30. Ask them why your phpinfo shows you 30, when they say that it was increased? There is either some other issue or they are just lying to you.
