Pre-built website "Medic" - Background question

Hi,

In the pre-built website "Medic", there is a nice blue background (https://snag.gy/XfwrgY.jpg) and lady popping up when we first get on the page (check it out here: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/medic/). I would like to reproduce this same effect, but use a different background image and "lady" with a clear background.

When I go in BeTheme > Theme Options > Header, I only see one option of image to put and it includes both the blue background and the lady. See here: https://snag.gy/1zg7MD.jpg

But when I go in the Library, I see that they upload the background separately, and the lady with a clear background. See here: https://snag.gy/kbSdrC.jpg

I don't understand where they added the background and lady image for the lady image to pop like it does currently. Can you help?
