  Nope.. Not working. When I click the text, page is refreshing. It's not directing me to google.

  We do not help with the custom html code structures at all.

  But how it's supposed to redirect you to google if you didn't applied the string in second a href - so it will be not visible because there is no content to show.
  

  
  

  The reason why it's refeshing, it because you redirecting yourself to the main page of your website, see the first <a> link.

  http://prntscr.com/oohn20

  Change the href to content to https://google.com and it will be working fine.
