We do not have any shortcode/item to display the lists, we use the basic html code to display it because it's the most easy way. Just provide these code in the Column item.
Not very helpful to be honest. I'm a web developer and have been using your theme for my customers for some years now, and have received great support in the past, so rather disappointing response.
I have used standard html <ol type="a"> but that didn't work. I also found after some searching that you updated your theme Feb 17 2017 for custom lists Fixed: HTML Ordered List - Custom list styles, eg. lower-alpha and tried <ol style="list:lower_alpha;"> but that didn't work either.
I am at a loss to understand why, if you do support alpha lists you couldn't just give me the code, instead of directing me to a solution that doesn't work. It would only take a couple of minutes of your time , whereas I've spent over an hour trying to find a solution. As a web agency who has purchased 13 of your themes I'd hope for the type of support I've received from you over the years, and would be interested to know why you have given such an unhelpful response on this occasion.
That's it. I've cleared browsing history, cookies and other data, and cached images and files for the last week. Still not working. I haven't used any custom css that would affect this, and am using version 21.3.1.
