Custom element and templates

Hello,

When I'm in visual composer, I have a problem with saving custom items.

For example 3 columns with images and text in each column.

I can save a simple element but not a column group with elements in it.

When I call the element it does not show me anything in the columns.

Same for creating templates, there when I create a simple block of text and I save the page, the item disappears.

I already try to disable all pluggin and reactivated one by one.

But that did not solve my question.

Have you ever encountered this problem, can it come from my configuration?

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

I just wanted to take a look on your website source code.

Did you test to insert this content with all of the plugins disabled? Leave only the WPBakery turned on.

You have a lot of custom plugins enabled.

Also, open your browser (we suggest firefox) in HTML mode (CTRL + U) and check html issues you've got.

Mistakes like this: http://prntscr.com/omixpb are common on your page.

It does not work, I can not register column with elements inside, but only the simple elements in the column.

Please follow my steps:

1) Go to the Appearance > Themes and switch the theme to "Twenty Nineteen", if you don't have it - download it - it's a basic WP Theme.

2) Test if it works with the this theme.

3) Let me know if it works.
