Magazine Menu Border Between Items

How do I change the color of the line that is between each menu item in the magazine menu so that it is more pronounced and stands out more? Also, how do I make the color of the menu section change so that it is a full square when on each page? Here is my website: https://allhearthomecare.com/ I am trying do do something like this picture attached.

Hello,

The color of the border between items can be made only with the Custom CSS code, but all of the other colors can be changed in Theme Options > Colors, you should look in the Menu and Header tabs.

What is the CSS code to put in to change the border lines between the menu items?

This is the CSS for the border color

#Top_bar .menu > li > a span {
	border-color: rgba(0,0,0,.05) !important;
}

Make sure you disable cache and minification while updating custom css.

Add a second line after the border-color named border-width.

That ended up putting a border all around the menu item. I just wanted the line that is between each menu item thicker.
