Betheme > Install plugins not working

Hello,

One of my websites lost its ability to update plugins delivered with Betheme. After I am opening /wp-admin/admin.php?page=be-plugins I am getting info: "Sorry, you do not have permissions to this site." What should I do to open this page?

Hey,

this should not happen.

Please make sure you are logged in to the admin accound and have permissions.

Also, disable all plugins and try again.

All things checked: I am logged in, I have permissions (as I am the only admin account), I also disabled all the plugins. The problem still exists.

Please also check in wordpress>settings>general if the wordpress and site URL are entered correctly. They should be the same as the main domain name.

They are the same. Install plugins is still not visible.

After disabling all of your plugins, and there are a lot of them, I managed to update your plugins.

So the issue is with some plugin that interferes with the update/installation process.

Ok I see the problem - Slick Popup: Contact Form 7 Popup Plugin. After disabling it the "Betheme > Install plugins" is visible. Many thanks.
