Wallet Theme - Fonts reverted to default and Custom CSS disappeared

I just had a really weird occurrence. I was testing replacing each subhead image on all my pages. Then I went to colors to change the color of my Subhead title. I changed the color, saved the menu, went to my preview and all the fonts we changed. I went back to the Theme Options and looked at font style - they had all reverted to the default. Then I looked at my Custom CSS and that had disappeared. But my theme color changes are still there. My logos and other settings are all there. Afterward I went to update to the latest BeTheme to see if that did anything, but nada.

I only have the Theme plugins running. I don't know what happened but I'm concerned. Do you know what it could have been?

Also just found that my fonts reverted from the Wallet Theme Roboto to Arial and removed all the font weight settings. So it appears the fonts and CSS were affected but not colors or other settings. And the default they reset to was not the Wallet Theme but to what I assume must be Betheme default.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

It just happened the same thing to me. I also lost the colors and all the Theme Options, even the pre-built website ones.

Please, help me. I'm very concerned!

Your server configuration is good so it shouldn't make such problems.

I think, that you had opened another tab on your browser(let's name it old tab) and you changed all of the settings on a new tab, then you wanted to change something and you've done it on old tab, so all of the settings on old tabs were provided once more.

It's really common mistake of the users.

For now, we suggest to make the backup everyday with this plugin:

If it will happen like in a week, please contact us, we'll take further investigation.

Well, the error is somwhere in your custom CSS. I can give you CSS to change the icon color on hover to a different one, which is very simple and from looking at the amount of custom CSS you got I think you also can write it yourself.

I suggest looking at your CSS and finding where you somwhow hidden the icon on hover because any custom css with color change does not work.
