Outdated version of WPBakery Page builder Design Options

Once I installed the template, the following message appeared: << You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it. >> and a button that says 'Open design options', but when I clic on it, appears a message that says that I don't have permission to access. What's the problem? Thanks.

    Hello,
    where from did you install the WPBakery plugin?
    Please remove it and install it from Wordpress admin>betheme>install plugins.
    All bundled plugins need to be installed and updated from there.

    To be sure, deactivate all of your plugins and keep only WPBakery active - just to test if it works fine because it could be that other plugins are causing this issue.
