Boxed to Full Width on mobile not working.

I've got the Boxed to Full Width selected but it appears to have no effect. Can you help?

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

I copied the site to a sandbox environment for testing. I disabled all plugins and purged the CDN cache. It still doesn't go to full screen in the mobile view. The testing site is here: http://sentinelasset.staging.wpengine.com/
