Problem with premium plugins

Hello.

Today I buy new licenses and install my site. But I have a problem. When I try install premium plugins I didnt make it. I have error - "Sorry, you are not allowed to view this page."

I have admin rules. What I need do?

Hello,

We do not have any option for disabling the premium plugins.

I suggest to reinstall the wp and betheme once more - if this won't help you - please contact the hosting provider and ask him about checking the logs, maybe he'll be able to check what's wrong.

I reinstall BeTheme and ask my provider. He dont now whats wrong. I cant install pluggins - Revolution Slider, Layer Slider. I have error

Hey,

when I disabled all of your plugins, the option was available. I even installed Revolution Slider without any issues. Please check which of the plugins is causing this issue.
