Page contents goes above footer when menu is expanded on mobile

In mobile responsive view, when I expand the menu, the contents of the page goes above the footer, as you can see at the bottom of this screenshot - the URL for this page is http://upholsteryskillsonline.com/register. How can I change it so when the menu is expanded, the footer moves down to accommodate the page contents moving down?

Hello,

This type of Footer has smaller z-index value than content.

Please paste that code below into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

#Footer{
	z-index: 99 !important;
}

It will fix your problem
