Muffin Builder Exporter stalls when exporting a page layout

Hello Pablo and team. Recently, the Muffin Builder Exporter does not seem to work anymore. I have tried uninstalling all plugins that did not come with the Theme, but this has not solved the issue either.

The steps to the issue is: I create a layout in the WP Pages area. I publish the page, then in Edit Mode, I scroll down to where the Muffin Builder Import and Export buttons are located, and click on the Export Button, and all it shows without going anywhere, is: Muffin Builder Data Processing, and it just hangs.

Your help/advise would be greatly appreciated

I think I may have found the problem. When I looked at the Plugins folder on the server via FTP - there was a folder called js_composer which is not showing anywhere in the Plugins page on the WP Dashboard. I have renamed this folder to js_composer_old and testing the editor and exporting feature into the the pages, and it seems to be working again. I will confirm this once I have done a full page layout.

Unfortunately, that was not the cause of the issue. The issue is when you go past a certain amount of "Wraps" in the Muffin Builder. At present, I have 15 wraps in total, if I add another wrap to the page, this is when the issue of the page Editing functions not working, and the Export function simply hangs..

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

So, the problem is related to your not enough max_input_vars value.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing that value to 5000.

After that, everything will work fine.
