Font size of the blog items on blog page too big

Hi,

Firstly, thanks for an amazing flexible theme. Looking forward to developments in the future.

I've run into two issues with my blog section. http://www.joshwest.com.au/insights/

1. the large size of my blog items

- I appreciate the text is set to 'H2', but this style is linked to numerous other sections of the website. Is there an easy way of changing it to H3 or H4?

2. a grey/transparent background for this section on the page

- I'm sure this is less difficult than I'm making it out to be.

Hello,

1) The font size can be changed easily only on the single post, but not on the main blog page.

Of course, you can change it by CSS to be changed on the single page only.

2) I do not understand.

It's already grey.

Ok, thanks. I shall investigate the CSS option.

Sorry, yes, correct, it's grey. I want to change it away from grey to white, but can't find where this is possible.
