Youtube Placeholder Image not working

I placed a placeholder image over my youtube video, but it's not working. Can you assist?

Hello,

the image from the youtube video has to be set in the video options on youtube directly if you are using an iframe. We do not have an option for that.

I'm not using an iFrame. I'm using your muffin builder youtube tool.

Yes, but the Muffin Builders youtube tool is basically an iframe, we just make it easier for the user to insert data this way, like a simpl link to the video. An iframe is the only way to display media from youtube on a website.
