Items not displaying (Wraps / sections)

Great theme - just bought another license.

Having an issue - I have added additional wraps to a page - I can see these in the Muffin builder / editor - but they do not display. 

I'm using the prebuilt Lawyer2 - and even the item above the footer that was built in the theme is no longer visible.

Please advise asap - because of course this sit is supposed to be live by the end of the day........ ARGH.

    Hey guys - you can disregard everything - was a limit in PHP::

    PHP Time Limit 30
    PHP Max Input Vars 1000

    New::
    PHP Time Limit 180
    PHP Max Input Vars 5000

    Works perfectly.
